Emergence: Returning to the Body, Returning to Life

In May, the land remembers how to breathe again.
The ground softens. Color returns. What has been held beneath the surface begins to stir.

This retreat is an invitation into emergence — not as a dramatic rebirth, but as a gentle return. A return to sensation, to presence, to the quiet intelligence of the body. A return to life after periods of numbness, bracing, or survival.

Through guided ketamine-assisted medicine work, intentional ritual, and spacious integration, we will create a safe container for the nervous system to soften and for awareness to move back into the body. There is no pressure to transform, fix, or force anything open. Instead, we listen for what is ready — and allow it to rise in its own time.

Like spring in Vermont, emergence here is subtle, honest, and deeply embodied. This is a space to feel again, to reconnect with yourself, and to meet what’s next with curiosity, compassion, and steadiness.
