Emergence: Returning to the Body, Returning to Life
May 7-10, 2026
Plymouth, VT
In Vermont, May is not a sudden awakening. It is a gradual remembering.
The ground thaws slowly. Buds appear before leaves. The world comes back online in quiet, almost imperceptible ways. This retreat is shaped by that same rhythm — honoring emergence not as a forceful rebirth, but as a gentle, embodied return.
Emergence: Returning to the Body, Returning to Life is a ketamine-assisted retreat designed for those who have spent time braced, numb, disconnected, or in survival mode — and who are ready to begin re-inhabiting themselves again, at their own pace.
Ketamine can offer a temporary loosening of habitual patterns of thought and perception, creating space for new perspectives and deeper awareness. In this retreat, that space is held with intention, safety, and care. Rather than pushing for insight or catharsis, we focus on re-embodiment — supporting the nervous system as awareness gently finds its way back into sensation, presence, and relationship with the body.
Throughout the weekend, participants are invited into a thoughtfully curated container that includes:
Guided ketamine-assisted medicine sessions
Grounded preparation and integration
Gentle ritual and seasonal symbolism
Time for rest, reflection, and inward listening
There is no expectation to “figure anything out,” tell a story, or arrive at clarity. Emergence here is subtle. It may show up as a feeling returning to the hands, a softening of breath, a remembered sense of aliveness, or a quiet shift toward trust. These small movements matter.
This retreat is especially suited for those navigating depression, burnout, grief, life transitions, or a sense of disconnection from self. It is also for those who feel ready to come back into relationship with their inner world — not all at once, but honestly and with support.
Like spring itself, this work honors timing. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. We listen for what is ready, and we allow it to rise in its own way.
Emergence is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to what has always been here.
This retreat is for anyone on the self-discovery path and is not suitable for someone currently experiencing an acute mental health crisis.
